As the name implies, LadyJek employ female rider. Target consumers were also women who need a motorcycle taxi services. This is done in order to give more comfort to women who still feel somewhat uncomfortable when riding motorcycles driven by men.

LadyJek in the application, there are two features that support security, namely alarm and panic alert button. Panic alarm will sounds as loud as 120 decibels which can certainly be used by the user to attract attention around if he feels there is danger and others.

Then alert button can also be used if the user feels its security is threatened or want location tracked by the customer service team.

Applied tariff scheme is 25,000 for the first six kilometers and Rp 4,000 for each subsequent kilometer. Regarding the method of payment, other than cash, LadyJek, the ordering can be done via the Android application, also accept cashless payments with XL Cash and E-Cash Mandiri.
